This is an homage to an unknown artist who did this iconic image of an icon on a wall in Buenos Aires in 2011 which keeps everything very Argentinian. If anyone knows who did it then let me know and I'll pass it on. And of course, it is mainly to celebrate the all-too-short life of Diego Maradona who played the beautiful game beautifully; and with his passion entertained everyone, even people in England!. He scored a goal against England using his hand; how the referee failed to work out how the shortest man on the pitch beat the tallest man on the pitch in the air, I'll never know; maybe that was why it became known as the Hand of God. To make things right he went on to score a wonder goal, he ran half the length of the pitch beating everyone in front of him. He stabbed it home just before he was "taken out" by a defender. It was just as well he scored or it would have been a penalty, England would have gone down to 10 men and lost six nil! 🇦🇷🤦🏻‍♂️
